Our client is a strategic communications agency serving non-profits, healthcare organizations, and social impact organizations. Specializing in helping grassroots workers and healthcare staff, they needed a scalable platform to enable community outreach, enable remote training, and provide transparent data collection in underserved populations. With the increase in demand for multilingual content and offline availability, the client had a vision of a mobile-first platform that would be able to manage training, surveys, and digital learning content with high security and smooth tracking.
Admin Console Utilizing Microservices Architecture– Constructed using C#.NET and Angular, this console allows administrators to generate content, track progress, organize training sessions, define regions, and assess mobile views for compatibility.
Mobile Application with Offline Functionality and Helpdesk Integration– Created a community application that offers offline access to content, includes integrated forums, and features a built-in helpdesk for on-site assistance, thereby facilitating seamless operations and autonomy in the field.
Transparent Community Engagement & Training– Field staff executed training modules effectively, performance and participation monitored and plotted — facilitating real-time insight and progress reporting.
Scalable Survey Content & Content Management– The company could now implement schemes more quickly, track effectiveness, and modify content on the fly, greatly lowering dependence on human interventions
