A leading insurance firm managed broker-driven policy issuances across various regions. Their legacy systems were highly inefficient, requiring one policy submission at a time and lacking automation, centralized systems, integrated analytics, or any form of automation. Their entire workflow was burdened by the need for extensive manual processes. This firm did not need digitization for the sake of it—this firm required a true paradigm shift.

  • Manual Bottlenecks in Policy Onboarding: Single-policy processing made broker onboarding slow and growth unscalable.

  • Fragmented Data Across Systems: Broker information was scattered across isolated formats, limiting data-driven decision-making at the leadership level.

Solution

    • Tailored SaaS Solution With Intelligent Policy Automation: We constructed a protected multi-policy onboarding portal that integrated with the clients VMS through API’s with community and broker profile workflows. It was dynamic and bespoke with regards to the broker and community onboarding logic.

    • Executives Insights With Real-Time ETL and BI System: To implement scheduled high-level and granular Power BI Report refreshes, we developed a data pipeline using SSIS, Azure Containers, and Python with integrated drill-through capabilities at city, broker, and policy levels.
