Our client is a leading Energy and Commodities Trading Company that is handling high-volume trade data streaming in from external exchanges such as ICE and in-house trading desks. Their business relies on speed, dependability, and timely trade capture, which necessitates a solution with the lowest possible latency, reconciliation of missing trades, and data enrichment prior to interfacing with their CTRM software. They were also looking to modernize operations with real-time dashboards and improve trade lifecycle visibility for both traders and support teams.

Challenges

Data Latency and Reliability– Needed a low-latency solution to retrieve and process trades from the ICE Exchange in real time with message accuracy and order integrity.
End-to-End Trade Reconciliation– Needed a system to detect, enrich, and reconcile external and internal trades with seamless integration into CTRM platforms.
